How do i choose my colour/fabric for my sofa? 

We use the only the very best in fabric designers the very talented''Christina Maronne' You can choose frothier 3 collections Lustro , Argento and Senso Velvet Fabrics . 

Once you have placed your order we will send you out a fabric board in the post . You will have 7 days to choose your fabric colour before your sofa is completed . We feel that it is easier to choose your colours when you see the fabrics face to face . 

All of our Exclusive sofas take between 3-4 weeks to manufacture . Once your sofa is completed we will contact you to arrange delivery which is also FREE . 

 Be the envy of all your friends with this hand crafted velvet sofa. Not only will you get a fantastic looking sofa built to your own specifications but you will also have a talking point when your friends come round. Crafted from the highest quality velvets purchased direct from a UK manufacturer you can be assured of the quality. Also our timbers are sourced from local retailers so you can be assured your sofa will last as its backbone will be built on UK produced Timber. the main seating area is 8ft x 8ft which is ample for any family to gather on. As this is a bespoke build feel free to contact us with your ideas for colours or choice of legs etc. 


How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We will select the appropriate dispatch method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method. Delivery over £750 for mainland UK is FREE. Please see below for further carrier information.

Dispatch Methods:

Small Parcel Delivery

Most products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as UPS and Interlink. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email  and/or text with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.

One-Man Delivery

Some larger items will be delivered by specialist carriers. Upon dispatch we will email and/or text you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will provide a tracking number so that you can track your package(s).

Two-Man Delivery

The largest items will be handled by specialist carriers with two-person delivery teams. As Standard we will take your item to the room of your choice, and allow you to check the item. The orders team will contact you direct to talk you through the process and details of the courier.

Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date.

*We will not deliver your item without confirming the date and 3 hour time slot first.*

 When Will My Order Arrive?

Delivery will differ dependant on the size and nature of the item.  After order placement, we will reconfirm those estimated dispatch and delivery dates on our order confirmation via email. Additionally, you will receive a phone call from the orders team to thank you for your order, and discuss the fastest, and safest delivery option available.  

Upon dispatch we will send you a tracking number to track your package to your delivery point as well as update you with a more accurate delivery date.

  • Small Items Under £100 take 7-14 Days
  • One Man Larger Items take 14-21 Days
  • Larger Items that require a 2 Man Delivery take 14-21 Days
  • Made to order items 6-8 weeks

 Bespoke Furniture Delivery Times – On all made to order bespoke Sofas, Dining Chairs, Beds & Wall Art we give a lead time of 6-8 weeks. Upon ordering, you will be contacted by the orders team, to confirm your order and give you an accurate lead time. When ready and upon dispatch you will receive another phone call/ email to confirm the delivery process & time. You can expect delivery of a made to order items to be 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering.  


Dispatch Costs & Free Delivery 

Delivery of items £750.00 and over are FREE. We charge between £7.99  - £45.00 for delivery of all other items depending on weight and post code area. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.

Q. What's your return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return it for up to 14 days after delivery. No questions asked. We can arrange return delivery at your convenience (please note that you are responsible for all return delivery costs).
Arranging a return is easy - Just email and a member of the team will provide you will the fastest return date and return delivery method for your item.

Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
 - Clearance items
 - Personalised items

Q. How do I return an item and how long do refunds take? 
Our return rate is less that 0.005%. However, Arranging a return is really simple - Just Email and you will be given simple instructions and guidance by the team. 
We will provide you with a return label to print and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Relax! We will organise the return for you, so you don't have to worry. 
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a refund to your card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

Q. What do I do if my item arrived damaged/defective?
We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, with excellent packaging, quality control checks and the most reputable couriers, but we understand that from time to time accidents happen! But don't worry, we've got you covered! 

All larger 1 man and 2 man deliveries are checked with you on arrival! We don't just leave it at the front door. Our couriers will help you open the package and inspect it before signing for it, ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. 
If your not, the courier can take the item away immediately for you, preventing you being stuck with a large piece of unwanted furniture. 

Small packages - Returning a small package is easy. Just email and a member of the team will contact you to arrange convenient collection. 

Q. When will My Item be delivered? 
The orders team will call you to confirm you order after purchasing to answer any questions about delivery. On dispatch you will receive an email or text message with tracking and delivery information.

Q. Do you offer 24 Delivery?
Our priority is safe carriage over speed. Many small items are available on a 24 and 48hr delivery, and are marked so. 
97% of all furniture is delivered with 14 working days.

Q. Will they Bring my item into my room of choice?
With all larger items, our 1 and 2 man courier teams will bring your item into the room of your choice for you. They will then allow you to check your item over thoroughly before signing for it. 
Smaller items are signed for at the door. 

Q. Can you assemble my furniture?
We cannot offer this service. Why not? Speed and Quality. We aim to get your new furniture to you in the safest, fastest time possible. Due to the nature of our furniture and the specialist couriers used, we are unable to offer an assembly service as this would delay delivery days and times significantly for our customers. We do bring all furniture into the room of your choice and allow you to check over each item before signing for it though!

Q. Is your furniture flat packed? 
98% of our furniture is NOT flat packed, with the exception of dining tables, beds and some coffee tables that would be unlikely to get inside the home unless partially flat packed.
