We would like to start by thanking you for your purchase with us here at House of Sparkles. It has recently been brought to our attention that some of our fantastic customers haven’t received their delivery updates. If you have received a delivery update then please disregard this email.
As you are aware your beautiful items are due to be delivered to you at the end of May. Once we have received your items we will then proceed to quality check all pieces of furniture arriving to ensure you receive everything in a pristine condition.
Once we have thoroughly checked over all of the items our specialist two man courier team at Furdeco will then route you according to when they will be next delivering your area. You will receive a text message outlining an exact date of delivery. All you need to do is text back with ‘Yes’ to confirm you can receive delivery on the date advised by Furdeco. Furdeco will then ensure you receive a three hour time slot they day before they are due to deliver your items and the driver will call you half an hour before they are due to arrive on the day.
Naturally, some of our fantastic customers may have some questions regarding the delivery of their beautiful furniture which we would absolutely love to help with. We advise for any questions regarding the delivery of your items that you email our fantastic customer service team who would be able to assist you in further in writing. To contact our customer service team please contact email@example.com. We ask that you allow a maximum of 48 hours for us to investigate and answer your query.
