Firstly, we would like to thank you for the purchase of your beautiful items. It has recently been brought to our attention that some of our wonderful customers haven’t received their confirmation email.

We would like to emphasise to all of our customers that the delivery of our items in a pristine condition is a fundamental priority of ours here at HOS.

Your glamorous products will be delivered to you within 14-28 days of the day that you originally made your purchase with us.

When your items arrive with our specialist two man courier Furdeco they will ensure a thorough quality check is carried out on all items arriving with them Once we have thoroughly checked over all of the items, Furdeco will then route you according to when they will be next delivering your area. You will receive a text message before the end of this month outlining an exact date of delivery. All you need to do is text back with ‘Yes’ to confirm you can receive delivery on the date advised by Furdeco. Furdeco will then ensure you receive a three hour time slot they day before they are due to deliver your items and the driver will call you half an hour before they are due to arrive on the day.  

Naturally, some of our fantastic customers may have some questions regarding the delivery of their beautiful furniture which we would absolutely love to help with. We advise for any questions regarding the delivery of your items that you email our fantastic customer service team who would be able to assist you in further in writing.
