Pre-order delivery information

Hello,

Good news, your order will be arriving soon!

We know you're going to be wanting a delivery date but there is some important delivery information you need know.

We can confirm that your items will arrive with your chosen courier between now and 9th June.

However we are unable to provide you with a delivery date until they have arrived with the courier.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS WITH THE COURIER AND WHAT MY DELIVERY DATE WILL BE?

First you'll receive an email like this:

Until you receive this email neither the courier or House of Sparkles will be able to provide you with your delivery date.

Please allow any time between now and 9th June to receive this email.

Once your pre-order items have been scanned in by the courier they will then be routed for a delivery within 5-7 working days.

When your order has been routed you will receive a text message outlining the suggested date of delivery

To confirm this delivery date, please text back ‘Yes’ to confirm you can receive delivery on the specified date.

Alternatively you can also phone the courier on the number provided within the text message to confirm your delivery but only once you have received this text message. 

The courier will then ensure you receive an estimated three hour time slot the day before your delivery date and the designated driver will also call you half an hour prior to arriving at your delivery address.

 

*PLEASE NOTE*

House of Sparkles are unable to provide a delivery date as this is provided by the courier once routed.

The courier are unable to provide a delivery date until the order has been routed and cannot route the order until all items are scanned in.

POINTS TO NOTE ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY....

 

  • On arrival you will have 20 minutes to check your items.
  • When any item is signed for please be aware that you are agreeing to the condition you have received the item and liability is with you as a customer. So please make sure to check your item thoroughly before signing!
  • Drivers have shoe covers which can be used on request but only if instructed to do so.
  • Drivers will remove packaging from your premises.
  • Your items will be taken to your room of choice a maximum of 2 floors up or down.
 

 

Naturally, some of our fantastic customers may have some questions regarding the delivery of their beautiful furniture which we would absolutely love to help with. We advise, for any questions regarding the delivery of your items, that you email our fantastic customer service team who would be able to assist you further in writing.
