May Pre-orders

Hello!

We would like to start by thanking you for your purchase with us here at House of Sparkles. 

As we are sure you are aware, it is not long now until your beautiful pre-order items are ready to be delivered to your home.We just wanted to give you a small update to put your mind at ease and let you know the process in the lead up to receiving your items.

Your pre-order items will be arriving into us during May and once we have received your items into our main depot we will then proceed to quality check all pieces of furniture arriving to ensure you receive everything in a pristine condition.

If you have not received contact towards the end of May please do not be alarmed. The quality check and routing process can in some circumstances be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances which means, in the unlikely scenario of this happening, you would be contacted in the last few days of May

After having thoroughly checked over all of your items our specialist two man courier team at Furdeco will then allocate your items to your order at which point you will receive an email to let you know. The dedicated route planners will then route your delivery according to when they will be next delivering to your area.You will receive a text message once Furdeco have routed your order which will outline an exact date of delivery

To confirm this delivery date, please text back ‘Yes’ to confirm you can receive delivery on the specified date. Furdeco will then ensure you receive an estimated three hour time slot the day before and the designated driver will also call you half an hour prior to arriving at your delivery address.

Upon delivery the drivers will:

 

  • On arrival you will have 20 minutes to check your items.
  • When any item is signed for please be aware that you are agreeing to the condition you have received the item and liability is with you as a customer. So please make sure to check your item thoroughly before signing!
  • Drivers have shoe covers which can be used on request but only if instructed to do so.
  • Drivers will remove packaging from your premises.
  • Your items will be taken to your room of choice a maximum of 2 floors up or down.

 

Naturally, some of our fantastic customers may have some questions regarding the delivery of their beautiful furniture which we would absolutely love to help with. We advise, for any questions regarding the delivery of your items, that you email our fantastic customer service team who would be able to assist you further in writing. To contact our customer service team please contact customerservice@houseofsparkles.co.uk. We ask that you allow a maximum of 48 hours for us to investigate and answer your query.
