Q. What's your return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return it for up to 14 days after delivery. No questions asked. We can arrange return delivery at your convenience (please note that you are responsible for all return delivery costs).
 
Arranging a return is easy - Just email customerservice@houseofsparkles.co.uk and a member of the team will provide you will the fastest return date and return delivery method for your item. 
 Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
 - Clearance items
 - Personalised items
 - Items marked “non-returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

Q. How do I return an item and how long do refunds take? 
Our return rate is less that 0.005%. However, Arranging a return is really simple - Just Email customerservice@houseofsparkles.co.uk and you will be given simple instructions and guidance by the team. 
 
We will provide you with a return label to print and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Relax! We will organise the return for you, so you don't have to worry. 
 
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a refund to your card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

Q. What do I do if my item arrived damaged/defective?
We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, with excellent packaging, quality control checks and the most reputable couriers, but we understand that from time to time accidents happen! But don't worry, we've got you covered! 

All larger 1 man and 2 man deliveries are checked with you on arrival! We don't just leave it at the front door. Our couriers will help you open the package and inspect it before signing for it, ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. 
If your not, the courier can take the item away immediately for you, preventing you being stuck with a large piece of unwanted furniture. 

Small packages - Returning a small package is easy. Just email customerservice@houseofsparkles.co.uk and a member of the team will contact you to arrange convenient collection. 

Q. When will My Item be delivered? 
The orders team will call you to confirm you order after purchasing to answer any questions about delivery. On dispatch you will receive an email or text message with tracking and delivery information.

Q. How do I track a package?

When your order is dispatched we will send you an email or text with a link to track your delivery. You can also check the latest status by calling the orders team. 


Q. Do you offer 24 Delivery?
Our priority is safe carriage over speed. Many small items are available on a 24 and 48hr delivery, and are marked so. 
97% of all furniture is delivered with 14 working days. 
(With the exception of made to order items)

Q. Will they Bring my item into my room of choice?
With all larger items, our 1 and 2 man courier teams will bring your item into the room of your choice for you. They will then allow you to check your item over thoroughly before signing for it. 
Smaller items are signed for at the door. 

Q. Can you assemble my furniture?
We cannot offer this service. Why not? Speed and Quality. We aim to get your new furniture to you in the safest, fastest time possible. Due to the nature of our furniture and the specialist couriers used, we are unable to offer an assembly service as this would delay delivery days and times significantly for our customers. We do bring all furniture into the room of your choice and allow you to check over each item before signing for it though!

Q. Is your furniture flat packed? 
98% of our furniture is NOT flat packed, with the exception of dining tables, beds and some coffee tables that would be unlikely to get inside the home unless partially flat packed. 

Q. Do you offer finance? 
Yes. We offer credit terms via DivideBuy. More information can be sought by calling a member of the team on 01184 677806, alternatively you can talk to a member of the DivideBuy team on 0800 0850885 or apply directly on line at the checkout. 

Q. What countries do you deliver to?

All our items are available for delivery to the UK.

Please note: unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to postal codes within the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.q

We ship to Mainland Europe with the exception of Beds & Sofas. Delivery charges can be found in our delivery guidelines
